Ken grew up a brat, specifically an Air Force brat. The second of four children to Arkansans John and Ruth Goodman, Ken and his family traveled the world courtesy of the US Air Force. At a young age, Ken unknowingly began his entertainment career by constantly singing and storytelling for his family until a tragedy that nearly cost him the gift of song and speech. In a horrible automobile accident, Ken's tongue was almost completely severed. Gratefully his tongue was reattached with no lasting issues.
In the sixth grade, Ken joined the cast of Robin Hood, a locally produced musical. The magic of the live performance forever influenced his life. While on stage he realized that performing was what he was born to do.
After graduating high school in the Republic of the Philippines, Ken returned to his roots in Arkansas to attend Henderson State University on a vocal performance scholarship, graduating with a degree in communications.
As a professional entertainer, Ken soon received awards and accolades from worldwide audiences who enjoyed his humor, charm, and talent.
Today, his company, Ken Goodman Entertainment, books live shows, musicals, emcee gigs, speaking events, parties, and more - all custom fit to each need.
Ken is also the Lead Entertainer and founding member of The Entertainment Foundation; a non-profit organization that enriches the lives of veterans, senior adults, and the underserved by providing quality, live entertainment and excellence in music.
His unique blend of humor, wit, and charm along with his mesmerizing singing voice will leave you spellbound!
